Back Flush - Espresso Machine

Backflushing is an important element of espresso machine maintenance. It improves in the removal of dirt and coffee oils that build in the group head and three-way valve, resulting in bitter and acidic espresso. We may flush away these residues and oils with a backflush disk and pump, maintaining our equipment in good working order.
